Below you’ll find details about traveling to our wedding venue, Hotel Lilien.
Getting there
Venue
Hotel Lilien
6629 NY-23A
Tannersville, NY 12485
Travel Options
We’ll be in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, so having a car will be essential. We highly recommend driving or renting one for all or part of the wedding weekend!
A few things to note:
Our venue offers on-site parking for up to 100 cars.
On Saturday, dedicated vans will provide transportation between our offsite hotel block at Kaatskill Mountain Resort and the venue (see Accommodations for more details).
Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are very limited in this area and may be difficult to rely on, so please plan accordingly!
Traveling by car
For those driving, our venue is about ~2-2.5 hour drive north from New York City. Feel free to consider carpooling with other guests from the NYC area, too!
Traveling by plane
The closest and most convenient airport is Albany International Airport (ALB), located just over an hour’s drive from the hotel.
Alternatively, you can fly into any of the New York City–area airports—Newark (EWR), John F. Kennedy (JFK), or LaGuardia (LGA)—which are approximately 2 to 2.5 hours from Tannersville, depending on traffic. We recommend renting a car to get to the hotel from whichever airport you choose.
Traveling by train
The nearest Amtrak station is Hudson, NY (HUD), located on the Empire Service line. From New York Penn Station (NYP), the train ride to Hudson takes about 2 hours. From there, it’s approximately a 40-minute drive to Tannersville.
